I did get an email survey from DL asking specifically about my thoughts on Sunday's flight -- this happened before I called, so I am guessing DL was trying to measure passenger reaction.
This is a new ACS feature. I am pleased. It provided enough of an area to
PRAISE the excellent CS (or vent had there not been any). Oddly it was on my 20 minute delayed, not my 3+ hour delayed flight, that the email was about.
