Alas, the good times don't translate to other *A airlines... ...booked a CO ticket with one leg on UA metal, and the phone agent told me that it wasn't eligible for E+. If it was a UA ticket on UA metal, than yes, it can be changed over the phone, but not one booked on CO.O.L. on UA metal...
