T-Mobile has run a full T-1 to every location and has at least one wireless access point, most likely two or three to cover a larger area and for failover.
AC is only providers the location, T-Mobile is providing the service.
Not to mention, if AA "threw it in", they would also have to do tech support - and that would cost them millions.
This isn't a DSL line with a access point running at your house. Please.
