I've been quite happy with T-mobile as well and haven't had any password or customer service issues. I just saw that they are offering aadvantage miles with signups: http://www.t-mobile.com/hotspot/american
As for kids playing solitaire, I'm finding its more often than not, the adults playing games - or worse, using the desk space for their laptops when there are other open work spaces!
