I'll second (or third) the recommendation of two rooms. This hotel has some very tiny rooms and if you get stuck with one of them you'll feel cramped with two people, let alone four.

Be happy if you can get any room with points. In my experience the Flora is one of the stingiest properties around when it comes to award availability.
