I might have had this guy tonight CLT>RIC. He had very short cropped white/blonde hair. He gave the most comprehensive exit row briefing I have ever received. I'm not generally a big fan of the FA as entertainer, but the guy was working very hard. He did get everyone to shut the window shades and open the vents, which is a nice touch for a plane that is about to overnight in Richmond.
