I've had a few meetings at the GH NY, don't stay there since I live in NYC, and their staff is quite good. Email or call them to let them know. If they can't arrange for flowers, which would be odd, many airlines let you earn a lot of miles for ordering flowers and just have them delivered for your arrival. If that fails PM me and I'll run you up some flowers. roses are $20 for 2 dozen here. For some odd reason flowers are extremely cheap in NYC (when away from tourists zone
