SFO-IAD or LAX-IAD often booked full in E+ and exit rows even if it is a 763 daytime or redeye, it is just the same like for ORD-SFO.

No bug, I just booked ORD-LGA-ORD last night for travel next week, both directions in E+, and exits available.
