Top Tier--

I had this same thing happen to me recently. I called the web help desk and was told that you will get this message when only one seat is left in that fare bucket, in my case a web fare. They said it was a glitch in the system that they hoped to have corrected by the end of the year. The web desk was able to book the fare for me.
