minor annoyances:

1. not being able to change the seat assignment online after an upgrade comes through (let's say from 6E to 4B....I want that steak sandwich!)

2. the ex-TWA birds with no power ports

3. the constant schedule changes resulting in an inability to view your schedule online without calling the web help desk.

The last is a problem on AS as well...
