LHR T3 appears to have a scanner room although it was not in use when I passed recently.

So for the UK a partial list and assumptions that the list will expand to mostly 'yes' in future:
GLA - no
EDI - no
CWL - no
MAN - yes
LHR T1 - yes, not seen in transit area
LHR T3 - yes
LHR T4 - yes
LHR T5 - yes

See stifle's posts on the subject of scanners in the UK for more detail, and do note that the use of scanners in the UK is much lower than in airports in the US.
