NPR news story concerning the Gap/Groupon offer. Apparently it was a "test" for Groupon and the response was phenomenal. Several other large dept. stores have contacted Groupon since this ran, wondering how to get in on this type deal. Groupon has grown so fast, some of the "local" offers are overwhelming the businesses.
