That is the real snake in the grass. As someone put it on another board, BMI hoovered up by the Luftwaffe. Miles and Less is a much inferior ff program to BMI's DC. BMI miles are well worth much more than 1.5 cents, but a Miles and Less mile is not. And they are playing a shell game on the changeover date, which is not an honest way to deal with customers. They already did a ''gotcha'' suddenly on their members in Ukraine and Israel, ''migrating'' them with no warning.

I find the best value for BMI miles is on direct intra-Europe flights, which depending on the zone are either 6K or 4,500 each way, and you can get just a one way ticket. That is Y as intra-Europe C is really not that much better. On those direct flights, I am often getting 4 o 5 cents per mile value and sometimes as much as 8 cents. BMI has had a great program. It is a damm shame that LH has to come along and screw it up.
