I love Fage Greek yogurt and have even used it as a starter for home-made yogurt. I'm not sure it's as good as it once was when what I bought in the US was made in Greece, but it's still good stuff.
I used the zero fat yogurt to make onion dip (typical recipe is dried onion soup mix combined with sour cream) and it actually was good stuff.
I use fage to make sandwich spreads, ranch dressing, other salad dressings. Basically you can use it as a much more healthy replacement for mayo, and it isn't greasy to boot. Almost any place you can use sour cream you can replace with plain greek yogurt as well.
I am single so the fruit not mixed kind is perfect for me, I can make some dressing for a salad at the start of a meal, then mix the fruit and have it for dessert at the end!
I am willing to try anything once and did try it in a creamy pasta dish, it wasn't the greatest there

I would not have known for sure without trying though.
