I work for a global, UK based company which supplies software and services for mission and safety critical industries. The company has a large position in the avionics industry especially around the enforcement of the DO178B coding standard.

We are looking for a location flexible (preferred San Francisco, Denver, Boston, Seattle, Washington, Dallas) Field Application Engineer to support our customers in the US. Position involves about 50% travel. (More if you want it - also includes the occasional trip to the UK & South America.) Typical duties include sales support (Sales Engineering), training, on and off-site consulting. Expert knowledge in one or more of C, C++, Ada, Java & Assembly (PPC, x86) is required as well as ability to interact with customers.
