They could install a dispensing machine for "packaged" food. When you check in at the reception, you are given a card that is linked to your boarding pass. In order to get the packaged food, you need to insert the card into the machine to get it. This is then recorded against your name.
BA management will soon know who the greedy buggers are then.
(Tongue in cheek - mainly due to unsightly nature of such dispensing machines ruining the atmosphere of the lounge)

They are the noisiest thing to eat in the world!
Not too bad if people can empty the contents in to a bowl or plate but when they insist on shaking the bag between each pick or reselling the packet and then crunching the dam things with their mouth open.

They are incredibly noisy especially when the uncouth are eating them with their mouth open, indeed.
If my seat neighbour did that on the plane, I would be quite displeased.
