Ugh... my biggest complaint.

I see this all the time, adults and kids alike.

Twice it has been a major issue when my work dial-up has been down right before a flight and I've needed to get online to check driving directions or send an important e-mail.

Once it was two pre-teen girls on the computers at JFK. After the alloted 15 minutes (and no sign of them moving), I asked politely if I might borrow the pc for five minutes. When they pointed to the 15 minute sign and said I could have it in 15 minutes, I parked myself at the workstation behind them and made a point of talking to my workmate about how I would love to send him the important file, but it would be "fourteen minutes, no now thirteen minutes". Finally the girls parents came and yanked her for a flight.

The second time, I very much needed to get in touch with someone who was meeting me at the airport in SEA to let him know I was going to be late because of a delayed flight. His phone number was stored in an e-mail and not on my phone and two of the three computers at the DFW AC (either A or C) were broken. There were several folks waiting in the line for some gentleman who was sitting and answering personal ads online. The next person then sat down for 15 minutes and used AOL IM to talk to some friends (I kid you not, everyone was standing BEHIND this guy because no one wanted to lose their place in line). Persons 3 and 4 both made quick business of getting what they needed and getting on and off and right about the time I (person 5) was about to get on, a friend of person 2 came over and rudely let us know that WE all cut in line and he was next. He then practically shoved me out of the way to sit down. I asked politely if I could PLEASE check a quick e-mail as my flight was about to board and he very briskly told me I could have the PC after "his fifteen" minutes was done.

I would love to see AA do something like what I've seen at public libraries where users are given time sensitive access to terminals and must queue up to use the computers.
