Actually . . . in the dark ages (pre-cell phones) it was NOT uncommon to be compelled to interrupt a gabby pay phone talker if you had an urgent call to make. But these days there isn't much demand for pay phones.
Similar scenario applies to more computer terminals in ACs. Although I do frequently rely on the AC computers (and am frequently annoyed by kids and adults wasting time on these computers), I'd hate to see AA invest huge money in wiring the clubs even more. Within a few years, most frequent travelers will be equipped with wireless e-mail devices, so the need to plop down in front of a box to check e-mail will disappear.
