Why have it just as an auction.

I bet you've got enough geeks on here that would pay revenue to fly on a delivery flight. Have portions of proceeds benefit a charity or something.

I'm not going to waste my time or my miles with an auction, but I would drop about as much as I would in a mileage run for a flight like this.

Let folks have the option of buying it, let them earn some EQMs and you'll get a few takers. Depending on the a/c I'd pay $1500-$5k.
