I just noticed a Seat Plus option for $50 extra on AF when I check in online for my flight, in a couple of weeks. The equipment is an A330. Is this worth the money, do you think, or are these seat+ seats not that much better? Are they always available only 24 hours out? (Can only do this transaction at online check-in!) Is there any way to pay for this "upgrade" with miles?
