I agree with the suggestion :-)
However, no, on a general basis there's just as much risk* of running into an IE zero-day, as there is of running into a Mozilla zero-day.
The real lesson is, a machine based on a common operating system used for browsing should never be trusted to the point of saying "I
know that this machine has no malware on it". You simply cannot know.
