In short, sushi can be done in Tsukiji, which is on the way from Narita to Haneda. Others will have to chime in on ramen though, because my favorites are in Ueno/Asakusa. There are several neighborhoods on the way that may suit your tastes, such as Shinbashi and Ginza; however, I can't make any recommendations if I don't know what your preferences are. Gardens? Skyline views? People watching?
