I always find this place to be the cheapest:

Currently 1.21 for Euros and 1.535 for USD.
However - Travelex offer to match any online rates you find which are cheaper, so I normally order with Travelex for the convenience of picking up at the airport, do the price match, and then get a cheque sent out by Travelex for the difference.
