If I were US based but a very frequent international flyer, I would consider restructuring my itins to make them ex-Europe. Not that I want many of y'all to do this or DL will catch on and spoil it for everyone...
And that's the rub. I don't have an issue with Delta offering different fares etc. But the PMU is a system wide benefit option for all PMs and DMs and as such, it is unfair that for some, this instrument is a fair value to use while for others it is demonstrably more expensive. After all, every other top-tier Medallion benefit is equal to all members of that level. Offering ex-EU reasonable fares to use with a PMU while offering ex-US passengers unreasonable fares (higher than an I fare - LOL) to use with a PMU essentially eliminates this benefit for many.

I know there are those that have differing opinions (those that fly enough and reverse book or those whose firms don't mind paying for a $3000 coach seat) but considering that the PMU is offered to only DL's very best customers, as an instrument, it should have the same value for all PMs and DMs.
