I guess that Ramadan in August did not help FS Bosphorus as staff gets so tired during this period what with no water and all the fasting. I always try to avoid it, but as the date changes each year it is not easy.

FS Provence does not have that excuse, so the poor service is very worrying, especially the arrival! I know there are always extra staff in high season who are not necessarily tip-top Four Seasons quality, but even so....
