No, it will not be anything like that. It will be like domestic F seats. No extended recline. No leg rest. Nothing close to a typical international business class product.
The lounge in PTY is the Presidents Club there. Decent enough with some cheese & crackers and an open (and tended) bar.
Geez...that long of a flight and they don't even have a foot rest. Wow. Okay....lowering my expectations here even more. I'll think of it as a really nice Southwest Airlines flight--ha!!!
Actually, I meant Domestic First Class seating.....the flight we had "First Class" to Rome was nothing special....I didn't know "special" until we went 1st class on Qantas....
Fortunately, the different between economy and biz on this flight is $300. If it were twice as much, then we may have to rethink it...but the small amount more is so little that it is a no brainer.
I guess we can expect plastic knives and fork then...ugh. Oh well...at least we get to travel in general.
