Not sure if you still need this information, but I was just at the Radisson NYC Lexington. In the upcoming days, will try to get a hotel report in, but will say - I did not see check-in kiosks at the hotel. I had booked two hotel rooms using points - one room for the g/f and I, the other for a friend. The overall reservation was supposed to be in my name. In typically Radisson fashion, they had the entire reservation under the friends name - who did not even use the points!

The overall goldpointsplus program - from reservations to the awarding of points/certificates/promotions - leaves much to be desired...
