The food court does not ask for a membership card when you purchase. Costco does not ask for a membership card when you enter though the exit either. Many costco in warm climates even have their foodcourt totally outside. You are also allowed to use Costcos pharmacy without being a member.
The pharmacy in our Costco is located way in the back, and I am asked for my Costco card when I purchase a perscription, and you may not enter Costco without a membership, except for going in the exit to sign up for membership, are there some stores where the pharmacy is located out side the membership area?
