Only drawback is that on SOME aircraft, there is no middle section of overhead bins in this cabin, so overhead space could be a little limited. The bins were not present in my flight to the US, but were there for the return flight. Even without them, none of us had much of a problem finding space for our stuff...
The centre bins are being phased out in favour of a more uniform look with the F section that's just in front as well as providing a more airy feel to that small cabin and of course weight savings, which equates to fuel savings.
