Hi Ericka, and thank you for a nice trip report favourable to my home city. I am sorry to hear about the hotel "forgetting" the upgrade, amenities etc. I find it very surprising. This is one of the best hotels in Montreal where even very difficult Madonna stayed, and apparently to her full satisfaction. Yes, of course, it is not a fair comparison, but you were a paying guest as well! Could DavidO perhaps follow it all up for you and get you some kind of tangible apology from the hotel itself? I hope that you will visit our beautiful city again.
