I am planning to get the HHonors Visa Signature Citi CC, mainly because it has no annual fee. I do wish to transfer all the points/miles to my United Mileage Plus account (where I signed up in "Preferred Partners").

In my HHonors account, I signed up the "Double Dip Earning Style" option:
(x) HHonors Points and Fixed Miles.
I usually take short business trip and only short stays at mid-range hotels, and not spending a lot. Is this good option?

My questions: do all the points I received from Credit card purchases and Hilton hotel stays -- directly transfer to my UA Mileages Plus account?
