I hope that BA CW regulars here also complain directly to the British Airways about the current food and wine offerings onboard. I think that is the only way to get things changed.
I mainly do my long hauls with Finnair, but every now and then fly BA when heading to west. Obviously this is a biased opinion, but from my recent experiences, Finnair is a winner when it comes to business class onboard service. Especially now that the new business class seat has been introduced.
