I was on the BA84 travelling back from Vancouver yesterday.

What a poor show,

No AVOD as it had to be rebooted several times and eventually wouldn't work.

Cabin crew were great about it, including the CSD who came to speak to me personally.

The food was also not great, they had their usual beef on but it was extremely tough and well overcooked.

Wines were not loaded on board that were on the menu either.

Its a real shame that BA Club is in my opinion going down hill, as a shareholder I realise they have to cut costs but it seems they have cut it too far in some areas. I would prefer that they cut the food offerings down in the lounges and had better food on board.


It will be interesting to see if First has had the same cutbacks when I return to YVR in three weeks.
