Looks to be a clone of Alamo's check-in program--pre-fill in your information, thereby saving the rental agent time at the counter from having to type your information in.

Realistically, it will shave all of about 30 seconds off of your check-out time, since the agent still needs to verify your license, check that your address is current, and go through the whole sales process and explain your charges to you. Typing in the information (for someone who can type reasonably fast) is only a small part of the rental process. It also doesn't seem to always reliably transmit your information to the location (especially if it's a franchise).

Better to sign up for Blue Chip (free), which actually drops the rental process down to under 60 seconds (guaranteed or a free day) and works at all U.S./Canada locations.
