I've had similar ex-ZRH, ex-VIE and ex-LIS to the US and South Africa with similar parameters. I haven't checked whether your route would be regarded as backtracking. Unlikely, I know, and you'll find out when you try to book.

I think the routing should be ok, as this is the only way to get from FRA to TLV in F. (Connecting in MAD or BUD wouldn´t be much more direct either + I´m not interested in flying two lousy carriers in European C)
