Huge difference, FL is 100% better (more comfortable, efficient, pleasant, etc.). Less crowded, better facilities, better furniture, open bar stocked with 10 kinds of beer, reasonable wine (even Pouilly Fuisse), 3 kinds of Gray Goose, and wide selection of food. Usually smoked salmon, crudites, sushi, and 3 kinds of hot food (chicken, beef, sausages). Lots more ... it really is a class operation, plus the staff are excellent and very experienced. I suppose it is a prime assignment so you get the best agents bidding to work there -- they can work even more wonders than the AC agents (who are also quite good) if you need to be rerouted or have other problems in transit. AA can be proud of this aspect of there product (now if only they had more FL locations).
