I agree that the INTENT is to retain separation between F and Y pax throughout the flight, but I suggest there will ALWAYS be extenuating personal circumstances/conditions where real-time judgment should prevail ... and I further suggest that those of us who are occasionally or frequently seated in F be a lot more open-minded about the situation
Actually I don't see why a mid-cabin lav makes any difference at all. The announcement is very clear - the lav in the first class cabin is reserved for customers seated in first class only. The mid-cabin lav is not really relevant.
