Our last stay at this hotel was 5 years ago. At that time the room rate description said "complimentary spa facilities"... or something like that.....and we had complete access to the wonderful indoor pool and steam rooms.

I just booked another stay and it no longer says complimentary spa facilities.

And reading the website it is quite confusing....it almost appears that what was free to hotel guests a few years ago we are now charged 25E for using these facilities

Can anyone staying there recently confirm or deny this?
