KA's always been fine (better than CX) for me. I don't expect much, and I don't get a ton. But the FAs are always nice about letting me choose what flavor as long as I smile and act all excited (ie. like a kid). They've even let me switch before (I'm not a fan of strawberry). It always makes my day and I'm sure to tell them that then, and as I'm disembarking
