it's really tough to uniformly enforce a policy based on lavs at the forward and aft ends of the jet when a portion of the fleet has a mid-cabin lav
I agree that the INTENT is to retain separation between F and Y pax throughout the flight, but I suggest there will ALWAYS be extenuating personal circumstances/conditions where real-time judgment should prevail ... and I further suggest that those of us who are occasionally or frequently seated in F be a lot more open-minded about the situation
