I've seen plenty of FAA reg enforcement - FA's moving seat backs up when customers refuse, cutting off excess alcohol consumption, ordering people to sit down during aircraft ground movement, etc.

I've also seen plenty of FA's block access to the forward lav and tell Y customers to turn around and head back south - even when the Y customer made a hissyfit over it.

The issue is such enforcement should be uniform on each and every flight. For example, on my last segment, the FA left off the lav announcement altogether, and that happens frequently.
