Dalt's has some really good food if you want some country cookin', and if you want Turkish food, Anatolia can't be beat. I used to live in Turkey and the food there is just amazing.

For the half day in town, I think most of the country music things are still closed from the flood. I used to work at the Adventure Science Center and you can check out a laser show (they had Beatles and Pink Floyd, not sure what they have now). There is also the traditional planetarium shows. Then, there are two simulators there that let you feel like you are doing a space walk, sorta.
