Not bad, for those of us who like to switch to a low-alcohol alternative for a few minutes. Nice mineral tones, although I wouldn't have minded it being a tad drier.
In a recent Global Traveler magazine wine tasting of business class wines (Global Traveler, August 2010), this Selbach Riesling was rated was rated #5 out of all the white wines tested. Interestingly, the number one white wine was a 2007 Selbach-Oster Riesling Kabinett, Zeltlinger from Mosel, Germany, served by Qatar Airways.

You comment about wanting the wine a tad drier remind me why I am always leery of trying Rieslings; IME, it's not that often that you get one that's dry enough.
