Sorry it seems only available in French, but it says you have to fill a form and send it to AF/FB, and they will issue "UGC eTickets" on your FB card.

I feel silly for missing these.

Of course, now the website refuses to acknowledge my FB # as a legit one, but, I have to admit that I did not expect things to go smoothly...
