Were your flights UA codeshares, or just regular EK numbered flights? Would love to hear if anyone else has recent experience as well.
My SO flew to India XXX-IAD-DXB on UA, and onward DXB-BLR on EK. She's doing the same flight home. Her EK flights are in W class, which earns 100% according to the MP site.
Her UA flights credited as expected, the EK segment on her outbound (she hasn't returned yet) still hasn't credited after 15 days. Anyone know if this is normal? Agent I just spoke to said it takes 4-6 weeks to credit EK flights that are not UA codeshares (my SO's EK segments are both on EK flight numbers). Any truth to this?
