At NCL, I actually prefer the PP lounge to the BA lounge, ditto for TIP. I think they are more the exceptions than the norm, as I haven't been impressed with the PP lounge in HKG and SIN.

I wouldn't rely on them for filling a hole, especially if you're on birdseed domestics.
