Here we are again.
2 months ago, my airline of choice offered me an elite deal with Hertz. If I would join Hertz Gold, the annual fee would be waived for the year, and I would get a double credit on ANY car with only a 1 day minimum keep.
I have just completed my second rental, and AGAIN they have not given me the DOUBLE credit.
I sent them an email to customer service, and I get an auto response stating that they will get back to me in 10 business days.
What that means to me is that I will not be renting from Hertz during that period. Do they think customers, sales, or dollars rain down on Hertz from heaven?
I was kind enough to let them slide with their bs on that first rental. But, without that airline FF deal, I would be renting based on lowest price!
