The Bouillon Racine is a nice place, but perhaps more for the décor than for the food (even if it is more than decent).
If you like that kind of places, you should give a try to Le Caméléon, rue de Chevreuse. Very good food in a relax atmosphere (but not quite sure it is open in August).
