LHR T1 is still safe (for now) for those using several of the Star Alliance carriers. T5 which is home to BA is not an option for me.
Thanks. I'd be on OW (BA) if I did LHR, so I won't do LHR. CDG is more convenient for my schedule than AMS or FRA.
