Is it predictable that every industrial nation will end up with them? Or do you think some will insist on their own methods? One problem we have is how Al Qaeda started out focused, and now they have added countries like Norway to "the enemies". If it was all aimed at the USA, that would help reduce the propagation of these security procedures.
